About Me

Portrait of Madi in front of a brick building in Kansas City, Missouri.

My name is Madison Puhl, but you can call me Madi! I am a senior at Loyola University Chicago studying Advertising and Public Relations, and Sociology.

I have several years of experience in the retail and entertainment industries, where I have developed critical skills, including leadership and collaboration that have inspired me to get involved in programs, such as the hall council for my dorm during my freshman year,  Sociology Club, and the study abroad program. During my time in the entertainment industry, I developed lifelong relationships not only with some of my peers but with the field itself. This has been a driving force as I strive to work my way back into the entertainment industry through film and music advertising and public relations.

I moved from Kansas City, Missouri to Chicago, Illinois in 2021 to focus on continuing my education. Being a double major, a part-time employee, and an apartment tenant demands responsibility, discipline, and trustworthiness. Through my participation in each of these roles, I aim to embody these qualities by managing my time to complete tasks in an efficient and effective manner.

When I am not in class, you can find me watching the latest A24 movie, spinning my Phoebe Bridgers record, or attending a nearby indie-pop concert. Being surrounded by the arts alongside my education nurtures my passion for combining creativity with structure and logic.

I am driven by progress and change and would love to be part of a team that shares those passions. I look forward to connecting with you!
